If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place

Most people who call us are not shopping for jargon. They are tired of a daily friction that has gone on long enough.

A denture that will not stay put

Meals become a calculation. You avoid certain foods—or wipe adhesive more often than you want to admit.

Teeth that keep failing

Another crown, another infection scare, another temporary fix. You want a longer view, not one more patch.

Worry about pain, time, and cost

You need honest answers about sedation, days off work, candidacy, and how fees are quoted—before you commit.

Implant pathways we walk with you

From one missing tooth to a full arch, the goal is the same: a restoration that fits your bone, bite, and life—planned in the open.

How a Cascara consult unfolds

A quiet sequence so you always know what happens next—and what still depends on your scan.

  1. 01

    Listen & examine

Goals, medical history, and a careful look at teeth, gums, and bite—not a sales script.

  2. 02

    Scan when it helps

3D imaging maps bone and anatomy so candidacy and sequencing are grounded in your mouth, not averages.

  3. 03

    Map options in writing

You see pathways, timing ranges, and what a plan should include—including when a provisional may be possible for some patients.

  4. 04

    Coordinate & follow through

Surgical and restorative steps are sequenced with healing checks and maintenance discussed before you decide.

Comfort, recovery, and candidacy—said plainly

Patients ask about pain, sedation, days off, bone loss, and whether they even qualify. Here is the honest frame we use in every consult.

  • Pain & sedation: local anesthesia is standard; oral or IV sedation is discussed when the visit and your health history support it.
  • Time off: plan quieter days after surgery—often a few soft days for simpler cases, longer after full-arch work. We give a written window for your plan.
  • Bone loss: does not automatically close the door. Angled full-arch designs, grafting, or staging may still apply after imaging.
  • Same-day provisional teeth: may be possible for some patients; others heal first. Your scan decides—not a slogan.

What the consult includes

Your implant consult covers what is bothering you, a clinical exam, and 3D imaging when it helps planning. You leave with a written outline of realistic options and timing—not a pressure decision.

Cost & financing

We discuss third-party financing and staged payment paths during your consult. Nothing is quoted as a monthly payment until your plan is clear.

Insurance coverage varies. We help you see what plans typically document versus patient responsibility—without promising approval.

Call after hours? Here's what happens

If you reach us evenings or weekends, our after-hours line takes a brief message—your name, number, and what you'd like help with (for example, a shifting denture or a full-arch question). A coordinator returns the call on the next business morning to book a consult or answer scheduling questions. We don't ask you to leave medical details in a voicemail.

Questions patients usually ask first

Plain answers about process and candidacy. Your own exam and scan decide what is appropriate—nothing here is a medical guarantee or a fabricated outcome.

What happens at the first implant consult?

You share what is bothering you—shifting dentures, a failing bridge, missing teeth—and we review your medical history. When it helps planning, we take a 3D scan. You leave with a written outline of realistic options, timing, and what still needs confirmation. Cascara does not guarantee a medical outcome at the consult.

Will implant surgery hurt? What about sedation?

Most patients describe pressure more than sharp pain during placement under local anesthesia. For longer or full-arch visits, oral or IV sedation may be discussed when appropriate. Your comfort plan is chosen with you after we understand your health history—not promised as a one-size protocol.

How much time off work should I plan?

Many people take one to three soft days after implant placement; full-arch surgery often needs a longer, quieter first week. Swelling and tenderness vary. We give written after-care and a realistic return-to-work window based on your plan—not a generic promise.

How much do implants or full-arch treatment cost?

Fees depend on how many implants you need, whether extractions or grafting are involved, and the restorative materials. We do not publish a single price that pretends every mouth is the same. After imaging, you receive a clear written estimate and can ask about financing options.

Am I a candidate if I have bone loss?

Bone volume and quality matter, but bone loss alone does not always mean no. Angled full-arch approaches, grafting, or staged care can open doors for some patients. Only a clinical exam and scan can say which path—if any—fits you safely.

Can I get teeth the same day as surgery?

A same-day provisional (temporary) set of teeth may be possible for some patients when bone, bite, and healing risk allow. Others heal with a different interim solution first. We explain which path your scan supports before you decide—never a blanket “teeth in a day” guarantee.

How long do implants last, and what care comes afterward?

Implants that integrate and are kept clean can serve for many years; the teeth attached to them may need repair or replacement sooner from normal wear. Home care, night-guard use when grinding, and regular checkups matter as much as the surgery day. We map maintenance before final seating.

Will insurance cover this?

Coverage varies widely by plan. We help you understand what is typically documented versus patient responsibility. We never promise insurer approval.
